Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define the project’s scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Create thorough project plans and supporting communications documents.
- Clear and timely communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders is essential.
- Use the appropriate tools to plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Delegate duties and responsibilities to the right persons.
- Define and manage project dependencies and key routes.
- Manage project scope changes ahead of time, identify potential issues, and devise backup strategies.
- Coach, mentor, inspire, and monitor project team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accept responsibility for their given tasks.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in project management in the information technology industry.
- Excellent client and internal communication abilities.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
